The Office of Distance Learning at Western Kentucky University helps online faculty to create multimedia contents. Mainly, we support Tegrity multimedia. Our staff is available to consult individually with WKU faculty members on questions related to using Tegrity Studio. If you have any problem recording on Tegrity after the update, please do the following:
- Download and install or repair .NET 3.5 SP1 from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=ab99342f-5d1a-413d-8319-81da479ab0d7&displaylang=en. This most likely will fix any issues you may be running into. If not,
