School Day Performance Itinerary

Thursday - March 26, 2015

8:30 – 9:30
Buses unload in front of College High Hall.
When looking at Cherry Hall, College High Hall [COHH] is the building immediately to the left. - An usher will greet each bus as it arrives and walk the students and chaperones to Van Meter Auditorium to be seated in their assigned section.

9:30 – 11:40
School Day Production of Marriage of Figaro
There will be a brief 5 - minute intermission for emergency bathroom calls only. The running time of the production is approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes including intermission.

11:40 – 11:55
Post-Production Presentation
The Director and Music Director, along with some of the cast, crew, and musicians, will offer a brief question and answer session after the performance.

12:00
Dismissal
Attendees who will be eating on campus will be dismissed first and led from the auditorium by their usher. As each bus reaches the loading zone in front of College High Hall, the students and chaperones riding in that bus will be announced and escorted to their bus by an usher.
