Mission and Values

FaCET provides activities that support faculty excellence in classroom instruction. We advocate professional learning, personal growth, and positive change within the teaching community, in accord with the core values and goals of Challenging the Spirit, WKU’s strategic plan.

The development and successful outcomes of our students are fundamental to the WKU philosophy and require high quality faculty who are effective as teachers, advisors, and mentors.

FaCET services are designed for all regular and part-time faculty and GTAs wishing to stay current with changing student populations and the newest teaching innovations.

FaCET programs and resources:
