Classroom Design Showcase Submission

We invite submissions of sample classrooms that illustrate implementation of good educational practice or innovative design. The goal of this website is to provide a showcase to the educational community of excellence in physical classroom design at colleges and universities and ideas for their own room design process.

Assumptions of the Showcase

A particular classroom space may be included for a single noteworthy element. We are not expecting every aspect of the classroom to be ideal.
We use the word "classroom" but submitters may interpret the term more broadly as educational spaces, perhaps with walls and perhaps not.
We would like to see a wide range of classroom types and costs. We expect to see technologically elaborate classrooms but an innovative classroom may be such because it is a low-cost use of technology. We would like to see non-technology classrooms. We would also like to see classrooms from around the world.
The classrooms should be sufficiently complete that they are currently used for instruction of undergraduate and graduate students (postsecondary education).
Rooms exclusively for instruction of faculty or staff are not to be included.
Photos or a link to a website with images are to be included. See submission for instructions. Submitted photos may be altered to save server space.
Copyright: Submitters should understand and accept that we are operating under the policy that copies of materials at this website may be made for teaching and research purposes free of charge without securing permission, as allowed by United States Copyright Law, provided copies are not resold. For all other purposes, permission must be obtained from the website manager and the particular submitter. Materials submitted are the property of the original author, but we reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove a submission (including photos) at any point or to pass on management of the website to another institution. It is expected that editing or removal will be rare events. Submitters may request to have their submission removed.
