Summer term is considered part of the 2011-2012 award year, and eligibility for financial aid requires submission of the 2011-2012 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). If you have not filed a FAFSA, you may do so online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
Pell grants, loans, and employment opportunities are available on a limited basis. Students must be enrolled half-time to receive loans. Grant eligibility is dependent upon students’ enrollment.
Once you are registered in TopNet for summer classes, the Student Financial Assistance Office will automatically do an evaluation. Your eligibility for loans will be emailed to your TopperMail account within 2 to 3 days of when you registered. Your eligibility for federal aid will be emailed to your TopperMail account within 2 weeks of when you registered.
