Important Information for Interested Students

1. If you are already admitted to WKU for this fall, you will need to change your Admit Term to Summer 2008. The request must be in writing. Please send a letter or email to the admissions office, ATTN: LaBrisha Williams.

E-mail: labrisha.williams@wku.edu • Fax: 270-745-6133 • Phone: 270-745-2551

2. Financial Aid may be available to assist students in the summer program. To apply for financial assistance for the Summer 2008 term, students should complete a 2007-2008 FAFSA (www.fafsa.ed.gov) and a Summer Application (www.wku.edu/Info/FinAid/summerapp.htm). To prevent processing delays, students should have a completed FAFSA and Summer application on file by April 18th.

3. For students deciding to take two developmental classes: There will be opportunities to learn more about effective College Study Skills, to participate in networking lunches in between classes, and to attend a series of presentations on improving your college experience.
