Bio
Sakiba Dzelil graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Tennessee at Martin in December of 2009. In August of 2010, she joined WKU as a graduate student in the Master of Public Administration Program (MPA) and a Graduate Assistant in the office of International Student and Scholar Services. After serving as a Graduate Assistant for a semester with International Student and Scholar Services, she joined the Study Abroad and Global Learning staff in January of 2011. She is currently enrolled in the Educational Leadership Doctoral Program at WKU.
Sakiba’s role within the Study Abroad Office is to facilitate the administrative side of sending students abroad. Student tracking, enrollment, health insurance, and other such items all fall into her realm of responsibility.
