Consortia

WKU is a part of two very prestigious study abroad consortia. KIIS (Kentucky Institute for International Studies) and CCSA (Cooperative Center for Study Abroad) both provide faculty and students with access to teaching/study abroad opportunities. Locations and programs have been established all over the world, each providing unique academic opportunities. Faculty will propose a course, usually at least sixteen months in advance, for a location appropriate to the course content. Please refer to the respective web sites for proposal details. KIIS and CCSA are both well known for their ability to support faculty and the programs and offer a variety of locations from which to choose.
