WKU offices in Bowling Green will open at 10 a.m. Friday. Classes Friday remain canceled and campuses in Glasgow, Owensboro and Elizabethtown/Ft. Knox remain closed Friday. Saturday classes in Bowling Green will proceed as scheduled. Here is a link to the University’s attendance policy during adverse weather conditions. Use caution and watch for slick spots on roads and walks.

Paralegal and Real estate Programs

PARALEGAL

Associate of Arts (AA)

The Associate of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies requires a minimum of 66 credit hours and is designed to be completed in four semesters/two years of full-time enrollment.

Bachelor of Arts (AB)

The Bachelor of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies requires a minimum of 120 credit hours and is designed to be completed in eight semesters/four years of full-time enrollment.  No minor is required.

The AA and AB in Paralegal Studies are approved by the American Bar Association.

       REAL ESTATE         

Real Estate Sales Licensure

This option provides the two courses required to sit for the Real Estate Sales Licensure Exam in Kentucky.

Real Estate Certificate

The Real Estate Certificate requires a minimum of 21 credit hours and is designed to be  completed in two semesters of full-time enrollment. 

Associate of Arts in Business (Real Estate Concentration) (AB)

The Associate of Arts in Business with a Real Estate Concentration requires a minimum of 60 hours and is designed to be completed in four semesters/two years of full-time enrollment.
