The Lost River Data Center, a 1700 square feet of co-location space is available to the business community. "WKU is always looking for ways to partner with local businesses," Dr. Grodon Baylis, Vice President for Research at WKU, stated during the ribbon cutting, "and the Lost River Data Center is a partnership that can assist other companies within the region and beyond."

The Lost River Data Center (LRDC) is a Tier 2 facility offering businesses a secure site to locate servers and business critical data.

Lost River Data Center features include:

• 2 Cooling Towers
• Waterless Fire Suppression
• 24 x 7 Access
• Remotely Monitored Security Cameras
• Redundant Fiber Connections
• Build Room
• Lockable Cabinets
    Full Cabinet – 42 Rack Units
    Half Cabinet – 20 Rack Units
    Quarter Cabinet – 9 Rack Units
