SELECTION PROCESS
        Spirit Masters are chosen based on the application, references, and interviews.
         The selection of Spirit Masters occurs in three-parts.  A completed application
         with references must be submitted, and is followed by two rounds of interviews 
         The first round interview is granted to each individual who completes the application
         on time and takes place in front of individuals selected by the Spirit Master Chair. 
         Select students are chosen for a second interview in front of the Spirit Master
         Advisory Council and other appointed individuals.
