Lauren Carter, a junior from Scottsville, KY, is a second year Spirit Master and serves as the Public Relations Chair.  Lauren is a Political Science major with a minor in Communication Studies.  She has an emphasis in Pre-Law and is also pursuing the Political Communication Certificate, as well as the Certificate in Middle Eastern Studies.  At WKU, Lauren is involved in College Democrats, Pre-Law Club, American Humanics Student Association, and Dynamic Leadership Institute.  She also serves on the Junior Miss Board in her hometown and leads worship on a praise team at Hillvue Heights Church in Bowling Green.  Lauren is a WKU Regents Scholar and is currently on the President’s List.
