On August 21, 2017 Kentucky will experience a total solar eclipse for the first time since 1869.

Presented by:

 Teachers will leave with:

• a deeper understanding of the upcoming Solar Eclipse
• materials helpful in teaching students about the sun, energy, and the solar eclipse
• a telescope
• Solar Viewer
• Compass
• UV Detector Beads
