A new tradition of
a cappella singing has begun at WKU with the advent of The
RedShirts, a men's a cappella group. They were joined in Fall 2004 by The TrebleMakers, a ladies a cappella group. Open by
audition as vacancies occur, these groups sing a broad variety of music, including traditional, pop,
do-wop, jazz and broadway tunes.
