Directions
The directions below will help you use the Digital Measures website to create and maintain your SEAT.
- Log In. Use the link on the left or go to https://www.digitalmeasures.com/login/wku/student/. In the spaces provided, enter your WKU email password to log in.
- Categories. After logging in, you will see a list of the categories available for your Student Engagement Activities.
- Add an Activity. To add an activity, click on the appropriate category. Then, click on the "Add a New Item" button. Enter the information about your activity in the spaces provided and click on "Save and Return" when you are finished. The new activity will now be listed on the category's page. From here, you can choose to edit, copy or delete the activity.
- Edit an Activity. To edit an existing activity, click on the activity's category. You will then see a list of the current activities for that category. Click on the edit icon next to the activity to which you want to make changes. When you are finished making changes, click on "Save and Return."
- Existing Information. Some activities may already be entered for you. These include events where your ID (Big Red) card was scanned and/or activities of which WKU has a record. Some examples are internships/co-ops, independent research, study abroad, fraternities/sororities, athletics, and attendance at university performances. For these activities, you can simply edit them to add additional information and your reflection.
- Generate your Transcript. To generate your transcript, click on "Run Custom Reports" on the left side of the page. There you will have two report options: "Student Engagement Activities Transcript" and "Student Engagement Activities Transcript (Summary)." The first option will give you a full transcript including any descriptions and reflections that have been entered. The summary option is more like a resume in that it contains only the basic details of each activity entered. After you have chosen a report, click on "Select Report." Next, you will choose a date range, file format, and page size before clicking on "Build Report."
