Amy Wininger

Mrs. Amy Wininger has been the HOSA Advisor for the past 2 years. She is a Health Educator at Western Kentucky University and has taught classes such as University Experience for the College of Health and Human Services. Mrs. Amy loves being involved in HOSA at Western, and loves educating others about the different careers in the field of Health Sciences.


Zack Laun - No picture available

Zack is a part of the Gatton Academy on Western Kentuky University's Campus. He is serving his first term as WKU HOSA's President, but has served as the Vice President in the past. Zack loves being involved in HOSA and is a great leader for our HOSA Chapter. Zack runs our monthy meetings and helps with numerous HOSA events. Zack is a Kentucky native. 


Eppiphanie Benton - VP

Eppiphanie, is a Sophmore from Georgia, who is a Pre-nursing major at Western Kentucky University. She is a very energetic and outgoing person, and is serving her first term as the HOSA Vice President. Eppiphanie helps run our monthly meetings and assists our President, Zack.

Juliana Pace - Historian

Juliana is a freshman at Western Kentucky with a declared major in Pre-nursing and a minor in Gerontology. Working with the older generation is a passion of hers, which she enjoys greatly. As historian, Juliana updates our Facebook, and Twitter pages, as well as the HOSA website. Juliana is serving her first term as WKU's HOSA Historian. Juliana is originally from South Carolina, but now resides in Kentucky with her family while attending Western.

Kathleen Smith - Treasurer

Kathleen is a Freshman at Western Kentucky University, with a major in Dental Hygiene. She is serving in her first term as WKU's HOSA Treasurer, but was involved in HOSA for a couple of years in High School. Kathleen is very outgoing and enjoys being involved with HOSA on campus. Kathleen keeps up with the HOSA dues and any other miscellaneous monies that are apart of HOSA. Kathleen is a native of Kentucky.

Kia Allen - Secretary

Kia is apart of the Gatton Academy on Western Kentucky University's campus. This is her first year as Secretary for WKU HOSA, but she has been invovled in our HOSA chapter in the past. Kia is great at helping with HOSA events on campus, such as HOSA on the Hill and can usually be found doing the behind-the-scenes work throughout the different events. Kia takes notes at our monthy HOSA meetings, and helps to keep the rest of the Executive Council on track! Kia is a Kentucky Native.

James Brawner - No picture available

James is a Freshman at Western Kentucky University. He is serving in his first term as WKU HOSA's Parlimentarian. In essence, James helps with the order of our regular HOSA meetings.
