If you see a sticker on WKU's campus that looks like
the picture above, you know you're in a welcoming
place! By displaying the Safe Zone sticker,
participants
are sending the message that they support Lesbian, Gay,
Bisexual, Transgendered, Straight, and Questioning people
for who they are. By displaying the sticker, they are
saying that they are willing to talk to any Faculty,
Staff, or Student about questions of sexual and gender
identity. They do not judge and do not try to
convert. They may not know all of the answers, but they
can show you where to go for more support and
information.
