2003 - 2004

Fall 03

Sept. 1	All units provide documentation of “closing the loop.” Units revise assessment plans for 03-04.
Oct. 15	Compliance Committee preliminary audits due.
Nov. 1	Revised assessment plans due. Review by UOAC begins.
Nov. 15	QEP Steering Committee begins work on development of QEP.
Dec. 15	Compliance Committee final reports due.

 

Spring 04

Feb. 1	Final assessment plans for 03-04 due. Data collection occurs as indicated in the assessment plan.
May. 15	First draft of QEP completed and submitted for input/reactions by appropriate individuals and groups.
*Aug. 15	Compliance Certification due

 

2004-2005

Fall 04

Sept. 1	All units provide documentation of “closing the loop.” Units revise assessment plans for 04-05.
Oct. 1	Final draft of QEP is completed for submission to appropriate individuals and groups
Nov. 1	Revised assessment plans due. Review by UOAC begins.
*Nov. (2nd week)	Off-site Peer Review

 

Spring 05

Jan. 15	Quality Enhancement Plan submitted to SACS COC
Feb. 1	Final assessment plans for 04-05 due. Data collection occurs as indicated in the assessment plan.
*Mar. 14 - Apr. 29	On-site Peer Review

 

2005 -2006

Fall 05

Sept. 1	All units provide documentation of “closing the loop.” Units revise assessment plans for 05-06.
Nov. 1	Revised assessment plans due. Review by UOAC begins.
*Dec.(1st week)	Review by Commission on Colleges; SACS re-accredits WKU at annual meeting.
