Potential QEP Themes for WKU
The following QEP themes were proposed by the SACS
Leadership Team and have been submitted to the campus community
for discussion. To see the full QEP Theme Selection Process and
Timeline, click here, and to view
the Powerpoint presentation, “WKU Quality Enhancement Plan
Theme Selection,” click
here.
Each potential theme is deliberately broad so that a variety of
initiatives could be developed within the theme. Moreover, each
theme is drawn from the current strategic plan, “Challenging
the Spirit,” and relates to numerous performance indicators
within that plan.
Listed under each potential theme are examples of initiatives
that might be consistent with that theme. It should be noted that
these are examples only; many other initiatives are possible.
