E – Council Opportunities
Are you interested in being getting more involved with RHA?? Here is your way how – E-COUNCIL. E-Council is a committee of students who want to have leadership positions in RHA. This can be to learn more about the organization, train to be on a future E-board, or just to get more involved than being in the General Assembly. There are 9 positions that ANYONE can obtain, even if you are a freshman!! - National Communication Coordinator In-Training (NCC-IT)
This person serves as an assistant to the NCC (JT Taylor). This person preferably is interested in running for one of the NCC positions in following years and must be able to attend the KARH conference in the first part of 2007. This position is basically a training position so a new NCC can be partially trained when they start their term.
- Community Relations Director
This position help coordinates all philanthropy programs and all community service programming the RHA participates in. You also must keep record of attendance at service events.
- Public Relations Director
Coordinates advertising for RHA programs and helps with membership recruitment.
- Director of Residential Issues
This position is as liaison between residents and organizational leaders while also coordinating measures to receive feedback from residents about issues and concerns including surveys, especially from the programs.
- Director of Information of Technology
Helps maintain the RHA Website, hall websites and provides technical support at programs.
- Director of Monetary Development
This position coordinates fundraising efforts by writing and sending letters to businesses for donations. They also recognize businesses and organizations that contribute to RHA
- Director of Member Relations
This position is in charge of making the yearly scrapbook, using the RHA issued camera. They also coordinate efforts for the retention of members and assists in the awards that GA members receive.
- Co-Directors of Programming
These 2 positions share the responsibility of assisting with programming, while thinking of possible new programming ideas. They also contact individuals or organizations for assisting in presenting programs.
