Fly Fishing Courses

Fly Fishing Courses

1) May term fly fishing class (REC 482 CRN:35006) – this class will only meet for 1 week (5 days) following the end of the semester. May 19-23. We will meet from approximately 8a-4p. Class will include casting, fly tying, fishing techniques. We will likely spend three of the five days off-campus fishing together.

2) Fall fly fishing class with Montana (REC 482 CRN:43732) For the first time ever, we will be offering a fly fishing course during a fall semester. We will meet approximately one time per week + a trip to Missoula, Montana the week of fall break. There will be additional costs to cover the travel portion of the course (lodging, guiding, etc). Don't miss out on a great REC elective!

Please contact Dr. Raymond Poff via e-mail for specific details on these courses.
