Course Options
Courses can be taken by attending the Bowling Green campuses, one of the regional campuses, or in a variety of other ways. Distance and Independent Learning offer courses via online, email, CDRom and paper-based.

The academic support division offers courses that build the knowledge and skills necessary for
academic success. Preparatory courses in English, basic mathematics and beginning algebra
prepare students for sequential 100-level (Freshman level) courses. Reading improvement and
study skills courses build comprehension and methodologies that help students in all academic
courses. All courses provided through the academic support division sharpen your skills and
provide college credit but do not count toward a degree. For more information about these
