Getting Connected to Your WKU Webmail AccountYou may want to open a second browser window so that you can read these instructions in one window and perform functions in the second window. In the second browser window go to the Webmail log in page:https://mail.wku.edu . This will take you to the website where you can access your e-mail (Mark this as a favorite or bookmark!). Click on the link that says: "First Time Users" This will take you to the Information Technology (IT) Help page. Click on "What's My Email Address?" Log in using your WKU ID and PIN number. You will be given your email log in. The IT help pages will also take you through the process of resetting or changing your email password. Be sure and write down your Webmail log-in and password. This will be something that you use often while at WKU. If you do not know your WKU ID and PIN click here and then click on "wku ID lookup" on the right side of the TopNet log in page. This will allow you to look up your WKU ID number.
