WKU Police works closely with administration, students, faculty, and staff to create and maintain a secure atmosphere as free as possible from any threats to safety and property.

The department consists of: office associates, records clerks, communication data associates, communications officers, and sworn police officers.

Police units patrol the area of jurisdiction with foot patrols, patrol cruisers, and police mountain bikes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
