The Eta Pi chapter of Phi Alpha Theta is proud to present the second volume of the WKU Phi Alpha Theta Undergraduate/Graduate Journal of History, through which we continue the drive to recognize the research achivements of Western Kentucky University students. We would like to thank all of those who submitted articles to the journal and the Western Kentucky faculty members who supported them in their research endeavors, as well as all of the people involved in the publication of the journal.

  Guidelines for Submission

-2500 Word Minimum

-All submissions must be written in English, follow the Chicago Manual of Style and must be 12 pt font and double spaced throughout, incuding block quotes and endnotes.Please DO NOT use in text citations and make sure to include a complete list of all sources

-Submissions must include a title page listing author's name,contact information, article title, word count, and an abstract of 150 words or less.

-All students, both undergraduate and graduate, are encouraged to submit papers on any field of history

-Email submission in Word format to both Phi Alpha Theta Journal Editors as well as the PAT faculty advisor under the subject heading "PAT Article Submission"

-If preferred, hard copies may be dropped off in the PAT Mailbox in CH200. Please ensure the title page as described above.
