This project involved demolition of damaged step sections; selective demolition/salvage of existing limestone step material; transporting/hauling salvaged limestone to the storage yard at the corner of Forrest Drive and South Way; replacement of 240.5 linear feet of front steps with high quality limestone steps consisting of 6 treads and 6 risers, each 40'1" long, with rounded edges for safety; 250 square feet of cement was poured adjacent to the full length of the steps and control joints were installed as specified. |
