Scholarships

General Information

Scholarships and Grants-in-Aid are offered to music majors based upon their performance ability, the needs of the department's various ensembles, and the students' willingness to serve as members of those ensembles. Students receiving a music scholarship or grant are expected to participate in ensembles and activities above and beyond the minimum requirements for their degree program while maintaining both musical and academic progress toward graduation. Scholarships and Grants are awarded in the form of a waiver of a portion of university tuition. Student musicians must apply and audition to be considered for an award.
