At the annual foreign language festival, awards were given to the following area high school students:

2004 FOREIGN LANGUAGE FESTIVAL SCHOLARSHIP FOR OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENT, $500, FOR STUDENTS WHO INTEND TO MAJOR IN A  FOREIGN LANGUAGE AT WESTERN:

  • Nermina Mujakovic, $500 scholarship winner for Spring 2004.

2003 FOREIGN LANGUAGE FESTIVAL  SCHOLARSHIP FOR OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENT, $250, FOR STUDENTS WHO WILL ATTEND WESTERN:

  • Amanda Adams, $250 scholarship winner for Fall 2003.
  • Tray Hor , $250 scholarship winner for Fall 2003.

Oustanding Students Awards

  • Each spring at the University Awards Ceremony, the ML Department recognizes students with outstanding achievements in our various programs.
