WKU-O COMMENCEMENT
WKU-O made history in May 2011 by hosting the first Western Kentucky University Regional Campus Commencement Ceremony at Deer Park Elementary School Gymnasium. Of the 93 students in WKU-O's 2011 graduating class, 60 chose to take part in the local ceremony and nearly 600 family and friends gathered to wish the graduates well.
Due to the "standing room only" response to the 2011 ceremony, the 2012 Commencement Ceremony will be held in Owensboro's RiverPark Center.
