Still Need Help?
A JQuery FAQ List is created with a table transformation. When you are adding the FAQ Snippet on your page within the WYSIWYG you will only see a table. Just fill in the table and it will "transform" to the FAQ list when you publish. You can also see what it will look like when you publish it in the preview mode.
You can see an example of the FAQ Snippet on our Funny Monkeys Example site.
If you would like to add a snippet to your page there are a couple of ways to do so.
Alternatively, any two column table into an FAQ by adding the following in the table tag: class="wysinwyg-faq".
When you first put the FAQ Snippet in the WYSIWYG Editor you will see the following:
|FAQ-ID||Integer (IF YOU HAVE MORE THEN ONE FAQ LIST ON YOUR PAGE, THIS NEEDS TO BE A UNIQUE INTEGER)|
|First Question||Answer to First Question|
|Second Question||Answer to Second Question|
|Third Question||Answer to Third Question|
|Fourth Question||Answer to Fourth Question|
|Five Question||Answer to Five Question|
If you would like to add multiple FAQs lists to a single page, you must enter a unique FAQ-ID.
Other than the FAQ-ID row, everything you add in the table will display when you publish the page. The questions should be put in the first column, and the answers to each question should be put in the second column.
