News Subscriptions

This tutorial will show you how to manage your new's subscriptions.

Subscriptions

News subscriptions allow your news page to subscribe to other news pages.  This will make the articles (and categories) from the news page you are subscribing to show up in your news page.  You may subscribe to news page that you do not have access to, but subscribing does not give you access to modify those articles .  Your news page may have any number of subscriptions to other news pages.

Add New Subscription

1. From the My News list - click on the Manage News Subscription icon next to the news page you would like to add the subscription to.
2. Click the Add Subscription link at the top of the list.
3. Select the News page you want to subscribe to from the drop-down.
4. Make sure the Active checkbox is checked if you want this subscription to be active on your news page.
5. After completing the form, click the Add Subscription button at the bottom of the form.

Edit Existing Subscription

1. From the My News list - click on the Manage News Subscription icon next to the news you would like to edit the subscription for.
2. Click the Edit icon next to the subscription you would like to edit.
3. From the edit screen, you may select the Active/Inactive checkbox.
4. After completing the form, click the Update Subscription button at the bottom of the form.

Remove Existing Subscription from News Page

1. From the My News list - click on the Manage News Subscription icon next to the article you would like to edit the subscription for.
2. From the Manage Subscriptions list - click on the Delete Icon
3. You will be asked for confirmation.  Click Yes if you are sure you want to remove the subscription from the news page.
