As of 9:05am, this problem has been resolved.
You may be getting a connection refused error right now in OU Campus. We are checking into it and post here when it is resolved.
You may have noticed problems saving forms - here is a workaround.
We have yet to successfully perform a site-wide republish, but still plan to do so.
You may notice a problem when selecting galleries.
