  • LEAD 200: Introduction to Leadership Studies or LEAD 300: Leadership Theory and Application
  • LEAD 325: Leading Change (LEAD 200 or 300) 
  • LEAD 330: Leadership Ethics & Decision Making (LEAD 200 or 300)
  • LEAD 395: Contemporary Leadership Issues (LEAD 200 or 300)
  • LEAD 400: Practicum in Leadership (LEAD 200 or 300)

  • PSY 350: Social Psychology (also meets General Education Category C requirement)
  • PSY 355: Issues in Cross-Cultural Psychology
  • PSY 370: Industrial/Organizational Psychology (PSY 100)
  • SOCL 362: Social Institutions: Race, Class and Gender (also meets General Education Category E requirement)
  • SOCL 375: Diversity in American Society (also meets General Education Category E requirement)
  • Other advisor approved electives

Please note the following as you plan your program of study:

Students seeking a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership may earn

  • No more than 24 semester hours from the School of Journalism and Broadcasting
  • No more than 30 hours in courses administered by the Gordon Ford College of Business
  • No more than 12 upper-level semester hours from the Gordon Ford College of Business.
