Online Associate Degree Programs

WKU offers four Associate Degrees online, and one completion degree. Typically, Associate Degrees can be earned in as little as two years. Often students choose to complete a two year degree before entering into a four year baccalaureate program. Many of the courses required for an Associate's count toward a four–year degree.

Associate Degree in Business (emphasis area: Office Management)
An Associate's Degree in Business: Office Management provides students with a diverse, broad-based knowledge of vital business policies and procedures that they will need for success in the global marketplace. The core curriculum enables students to enter the job market in a number of entry-level positions. Courses cover concepts in accounting, computer systems, supervisory management, marketing skills, communication skills and more.
Associate Degree in Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Education
The Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Education program leads to the Associate of Arts degree. The program requires a minimum of 37 hours of course work specific to the program as well as 27 hours of general education.
Associate Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies
The Associate of Interdisciplinary Studies degree is designed for those who need or desire a flexible degree program. The program requires completion of 64 credit hours with a minimum 2.0 cumulative grade point average. These hours must be distributed among general education requirements and two areas of emphasis.
Associate Degree in Office Systems Technology
The mission of the Business Technology program is to prepare students academically in a core of courses focused on common business environment skills and specific course concentrations in the following areas: Banking, Information Systems, Office Management, Retail Management, Business Management, and Manufacturing Management.
Associate Degree in Paramedicine
The associate of applied science degree in paramedicine is a completion program for individuals who are nationally certified Paramedics. The degree requires a minimum of 65 semester hours for completion.
