Bowling
Green, Ky. - The Western Kentucky University Police Department responded to a report of shots fired near Pearce-Ford Tower about 3 a.m. Saturday. No injuries or damage were reported.
According to the police report, a witness reported a male getting out of a vehicle in the PFT parking lot, fire a gun, return to the vehicle and leave. Police found shell casings in the area, but no evidence of damage and no arrests have been made. The investigation is continuing.
WKU policy prohibits the possession of firearms on WKU property.
