Green, Ky. - The Western Kentucky University Office of Admissions will be hosting the Owensboro Area Open House at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 18 at the RiverPark Center.
Prospective students and parents from the following counties are invited to attend: Breckinridge, Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, McLean, Ohio, Union and Webster counties in Kentucky, as well as Spencer, Perry and Warrick counties in Indiana.
Faculty, staff and Admissions personnel will be available to provide information and answer questions about WKU. RSVP in not required but is recommended by calling 1-800-495-8463 or online at www.wku.edu/Info/Admissions/openhouses.htm.
The first Focus on WKU campus preview day is scheduled for Sept. 20 in Bowling Green. The day’s events include informational sessions, campus tours and an academic expo and will conclude with the WKU vs. Murray State football game at 6 p.m. Additional Focus on WKU programs are scheduled for Nov. 15 and Feb. 21.
