Green, Ky. - More than 200 students will be at Western Kentucky University on Friday (Dec. 5) for the fifth annual Health Occupation Students of America (HOSA) pre-conference competition.
The competition is sponsored by WKU’s College of Health and Human Services, the South Central Area Health Education Center (AHEC) and the Bowling Green High School HOSA chapter and will be in the Downing University Center.

In addition, students can participate in campus tours and educational programs on “Presenting Your Best Side to the Judges” and “Dressing for Success.” There will also be a workshop for HOSA advisers.
Students from 11 schools will be participating, including: Warren County Area Technology Center, Webster County Area Technology Center, Bowling Green High School, WKU HOSA Chapter, Russellville Area Technology Center, Allen County-Scottsville High School, Franklin-Simpson High School, Butler County Area Technology Center, Union County High School, Breckinridge County Area Technology Center and Caldwell County Area Technology Center.
