Green, Ky. - Simon T. Bailey, an internationally known speaker, author and facilitator, is scheduled to speak at Western Kentucky University’s Carroll Knicely Conference Center on Nov. 8.
The presentation is hosted by the Southern Kentucky Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Bailey is a leading authority in helping individuals and organizations release their brilliance. A former leader in the Disney organization, Simon has more than 15 years of experience in engaging leaders and employees at all organizational levels. Through presentations, workshops and his latest book “Simon Says Dream,” he helps people find their passion, take action and make their lives and their organizations more productive.
This presentation titled “Inclusion is the Bottom Line” is designed for leaders at every level from organizations who are ready to build on their business diversity. Participants will discover how to position inclusive behaviors and actions as a way of life, how to identify which inclusive best practice works for their environment and how to determine the next steps to measure the impact of inclusion and diversity initiatives.
The program will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at WKU’s South Campus, and Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be available through WKU. Program sponsors are Neace Lukens and Bell, Orr, Ayers and Moore.
