Bowling Green , Ky. - Western Kentucky University President Gary Ransdell will hold a news conference Friday to announce the award of a multimillion-dollar grant from the National Math and Science Initiative (NMSI).
NMSI is an innovative non-profit organization created to scale programs proven to positively impact math and science education in the United States.
The news conference will begin at 11 a.m. in the lobby of WKU’s Center for Research and Development, 2413 Nashville Road. A reception will follow.
Speakers will include Dr. Ransdell and representatives of NMSI and WKU.
