Jim Wayne Miller Celebration Of Writing Set For Nov. 11

Bowling Green, Ky. - The 11th annual Jim Wayne Miller Celebration of Writing will begin at 2 p.m. Nov. 11 at Western Kentucky University.
           
The celebration, which will be in the Garrett Conference Center, will feature a reading of “A Love Affair with Nature: Selected Poems of Jim Wayne Miller” by Patricia Minton Taylor and Craig Taylor.
           
The finalists in the Jim Wayne Miller Poetry Writing Contest will also be recognized. WKU students to be recognized include Corey Bewley, a Vine Grove junior; Natalie Brown, a Bowling Green junior; Robert Deignan, a Louisville junior; Lesley Doyle, a Bowling Green junior; Kristen Fisher, a Louisville senior; Jennifer Fyffe, a Painstville freshman; Ryan Hunton, a Bowling Green junior; Tyler Jackson, a Webster freshman; Mary Sparr, a Bowling Green sophomore; Randi Summerville, a Rockfield senior; and Cody Tucker, a sophomore from Springfield, Tenn.
           
The event is free and open to the public.
