Green, Ky. - The Center for Gifted Studies’ Winter Super Saturdays program begins Feb. 3 at Western Kentucky University.
Designed to provide opportunities for students to broaden their interests, 35 classes emphasize a hands-on, minds-on approach to learning. Classes include “Kitchen Table Science,” “Game Creators: Dark Basic Programming,” “Rocket Science,” “Junior Crime Fighters,” “Advanced Dragonology” and “Mysteries in American History.”
Classes are available for first- to seventh-graders and will take place from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 3, 10, 17 and 24. Financial aid is available.
