DELO Receives National Marketing Award

Bowling Green, Ky. - Jenni Perry, Marketing Specialist for the Division of Extended Learning and Outreach (DELO) at Western Kentucky University, received national recognition by winning the Crystal Marketing Award from the Association for Continuing Higher Education.

The Crystal Marketing Award recognizes the ACHE institution that achieves significant results from a marketing communications campaign. The award recognizes the 2006 WKU Summer Sessions Campaign themed “Think Summer, Think Western!”

“This is tremendous. It is indeed an honor for Jenni, for DELO and for the entire university,” said Provost Barbara Burch.

Perry is a 2003 graduate of WKU.

The ACHE president wrote, “Your work reflects the high excellence to which all ACHE members aspire.”
The 2007 Crystal Marketing Award will be presented at the ACHE Annual Meeting on Oct. 29 in Roanoke, Va.
