Bowling Green , Ky. -The WKU Pre-College Music Development Program will present a Fall Orchestra Concert at 7 p.m. Tuesday (Nov. 14).

The concert, featuring the McNeill Fifth Grade Strings and the 6th and 7th grade orchestra composed of students from Bowling Green Junior High and Drakes Creek Middle School, will be held in the Bowling Green Junior High School auditorium. The concert will feature students of Sarah Boronow, cello faculty, and Angela Rex, Pre-College violin/viola instructor.

The WKU Music Department and the WKU Division of Extended Learning and Outreach (DELO) launched the Pre-College String Development Program in 2003 to offer high quality instruction in orchestral stringed instruments in a nurturing environment. WKU music faculty members teach violin/viola, cello and double bass. The target audience for the program is students between 2 and 18 years old.
