WKU Meeting With Nonprofits To Discuss 'American Humanics'

- Western Kentucky University will introduce the recently established certificate program in American Humanics during a Monday (Nov. 13) breakfast meeting with area nonprofit organizations.
The breakfast will begin at 7:30 a.m. in Diddle Arena’s Hall of Champions. During the meeting WKU officials will highlight the University’s involvement in the American Humanics program and will formally announce a new initiative designed to served the local nonprofit community and engage students in valuable projects.
American Humanics is a national alliance of more than 70 colleges and universities that are working with nonprofit organizations to educate, prepare and certify professionals to strengthen and lead nonprofit organizations.
