National Geographic Photographer
To Speak At WKU

Bowling Green, Ky. - National Geographic Society photographer William Albert Allard will speak to students, faculty and the public at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday (March 14) at Western Kentucky University's Downing University Center.
Allard has had an illustrious career with Geographic spanding four decades. His work has taken him all over the world on assignments ranging from Bollywood in India to the Basque country in Spain. Allard is particularly known for his photography of the American West and the cowboy culture of this country.
Allard has published five books. His latest book, "Portraits of America," illustrates cultures ranging from minor league baseball to blues musicians.
