ALIVE Center To Host Volunteer Fair April 19

Bowling Green, Ky. - In recognition of National Volunteer Week, the ALIVE Center (A Local Information and Volunteer Exchange) will be hosting a volunteer fair on Wednesday, April 19 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Greenwood Mall’s Community Room, located next to the Medical Center’s Health and Wellness Center.
The ALIVE Center invites the entire community to come and participate. Individuals and families can pick up information about the nonprofit agencies in the Bowling Green-Warren County area and learn about the volunteer opportunities available to youth and adults. Refreshments will be served.

The ALIVE Center is a part of Western Kentucky University’s Juvenile Delinquency Prevention Program. The Center is a nonprofit agency, funded by a Department of Justice federal appropriation, secured by U.S. Sen. Mitch McConnell.
