Bowling Green, Ky. - Western Kentucky University’s Gordon Ford College of Business will host a panel discussion on eminent domain on Sept. 12.

"Eminent Domain: Public Use or Public Purpose?" will feature four panelists: Dr. Brian Strow, Bowling Green City Commissioner; Bill Thielen, general counsel, Kentucky League of Cities; Elaine Walker, mayor of Bowling Green; and Jim Waters, Bluegrass Institute.

The discussion will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Grise Hall Auditorium.
