Morris, the daughter of Van and Tessa Morris, was sponsored by Chi Omega and Pi Kappa Alpha.
She was one of 14 queen candidates who participated in numerous activities during Homecoming week festivities. Morris was crowned during halftime of WKU’s 37-28 win over Missouri State.
Candice Brenn Tope, a senior corporate communications major from Richmond, was first runner-up. She is the daughter of David and Teresa Tope and was sponsored by Phi Mu and Kappa Alpha.
Shante Camille Hatchett, a senior elementary education major from Bowling Green, was second runner-up. She is the daughter of Donnie and JoNell Hatchett and was sponsored by Amazing Tones of Joy.
