Bowling Green, Ky. - Western Kentucky University’s Parking and Transportation Services will close a portion of the Center Street gravel lot Wednesday (Nov. 30) and Thursday (Dec. 1) to accommodate a geotechnical survey of the lot.

Parking in the rows closest to the northern boundary of the lot (along the chain link fence) will be barricaded.

Commuters should anticipate a parking shortage on north campus and should adjust their schedules accordingly. Additional parking is available at the Park Street parking lot or the Campbell Lane park and ride lot. Both lots are on the WKU shuttle route with service to Ogden College and the remainder of campus.

The Park Street lot is located on Chestnut Street across from Regents Avenue. The Campbell Lane lot is located beside the intramural sports complex on Campbell Lane, 0.2 mile west of Nashville Road.
