Bowling Green, Ky. - Western Kentucky University President Gary Ransdell recently appointed four new members to the Kentucky Museum Advisory Council (MAC). They are Ray B. Buckberry, Jr., Harry Ford, Ron Hatcher and Dorian Walker, all of Bowling Green. The newly appointed members replace Connie Allen, Carl Dobson, John Grider and Roiann Ridley, whose terms expire June 30.

In addition to new appointees, Ransdell also re-appointed two current members: Carole Harned and Ward Coleman; both are residents of this community.

Also serving on the MAC are Felicia Bland, Craig Browning, Vickie Cole, Bart Darrell, Mary Evans, Michael Harper, Cheri Natcher, Debi Jordan, Theresa Lawrence, Whayne Priest, Ryan Reed, Johna Rodgers, Kelli Stice and Howard Surface, of Bowling Green; Gary Broady and Tom Moody, Franklin; Sally Ann Stricker, Auburn; and Bob Ward, Mammoth Cave.

Officers for 2005-06 are Cole, Harper and Jordan, who will serve as Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary, respectively.
